Requirements for the use of high-pressure hoses and connection requirements

The high-pressure hose is mainly composed of core, jacket, rubber layer and steel wire layer.

High-pressure hose in the hydraulic bracket use more, each frame bracket use about 10 - 30, therefore, the structure of high-pressure hose, the use of methods and connection methods will directly affect the work of the bracket stability.

The requirements for the use of high-pressure hose are as follows:

(1) Before use, check whether the model and length meet the specified requirements, and do sample pressure test, and only after passing can be used.

(2) Check whether there is bare steel wire at the connection of the pipe joint and hose, and whether the outer rubber layer is off-layer, and the industrial dryer shall not be used if there is the above phenomenon.

(3)The plating at the connection of the end of the pipe joint shall not be damaged and fall off, and shall not be used if it appears to fall off, so as not to seal tightly and produce liquid leakage.

(4) The newly installed hose should be cleaned on the inner wall of the tube to avoid the rubber end and debris from entering the hydraulic system.

The connection requirements for high-pressure hoses are as follows:

(1) connection should prevent the hose twisting, so as not to cause the skeleton layer angle change and its early destruction.

(2) should be connected so that the length of the hose to leave a certain amount of margin, so as not to be subject to the role of tension caused by the hose length change and reduce the pressure-bearing capacity.

(3)The fixed clamp of the hose should be placed on a straight line at the intersection of the curve and the straight line, the clamp should not deform the hose card, nor should it be too loose.

(4)When connecting moving parts, sufficient length should be left so as not to strain the hose when moving.

(5) The bending radius of the connection should meet the requirements of the relevant regulations.
