New materials used in high pressure hoses:

Suitable for the manufacture of strong corrosive media, flame resistance, ozone aging requirements of high-pressure hoses, especially for the manufacture of hoses used in harsh atmospheric conditions of the outer layer of rubber material.
(3) chlorine ether rubber: excellent weather aging resistance. Good oil and solvent resistance. Good flame resistance and low air permeability, suitable for manufacturing oil, ozone, weathering and low air permeability high pressure hose.
(4) hydrogenated butadiene rubber: excellent oil resistance, corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, dynamic fatigue resistance, ozone resistance. Suitable for the manufacture of oil resistant and other special requirements of high pressure hose.
(5) NBR/PVC: excellent oil resistance, wear resistance and ozone resistance. Good extrusion performance, easy processing, suitable for the manufacture of wear-resistant, ozone-resistant environment of high-pressure hose outer rubber.
(6) Aramid fiber: Aramid fiber has excellent properties of ultra-high strength, high modulus and high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, light weight, etc. Its strength is 7 times that of steel wire. Modulus is 2-3 times that of steel wire or glass fiber. Toughness is 2 times of steel wire, the quality is only about 1/5 of steel wire, at a temperature of 450℃, it does not decompose, does not melt, and has good insulation and anti-aging properties. Very long life cycle.
(7) flat steel wire: with high strength, high modulus, high temperature flexural resistance, good pressure-bearing properties. Especially good resistance to twisting and bending deformation performance. High pressure steel wire braided/wound hoses made with flat steel wire have much better pulse performance than those made with high strength (ultra high strength) steel wire.
