The use of rubber hose, safety matters

I. Precautions for using hoses:
1、Be sure to use the hose within the recommended temperature and pressure range.
2、The hose expands and contracts with its internal pressure, please cut the hose to a slightly longer length than you need.
3、When applying pressure, please open and close any valve slowly to avoid impact pressure.
4、Please use the hose under the conditions above its bending radius, otherwise it will cause the hose to break and reduce the pressure resistance.
5、When using powder or granule, the bending radius of the hose should be enlarged as much as possible because of the easy abrasion phenomenon that may occur under the condition.
6、Do not use under extreme bending conditions near metal parts.
7、Do not put the hose in direct contact with or near an open flame.
8、Do not press the hose with vehicles, etc.
For fluids:
1、The hoses used should be suitable for the fluids conveyed.
2、Please consult the product supplier before using the hose for oil, powder, toxic chemicals and strong acid or alkali.
2、Cautions when assembling:
1、Please choose the hose fitting that fits the size of the hose.
2、When inserting the end part of the fitting into the hose, apply oil to the hose and the end part of the hose, please do not bake it with fire. If you can't insert it, heat the hose with hot water and insert it into the fitting.
3、Please insert the serrated end of the fitting completely into the hose.
4、Do not use the connector that can be pushed in once, it may cause the hose to break.
5、Please avoid using excessive ligature of wire, please choose special sleeve or tie.
6、Please avoid using scarred or rusted joints.
C. Notes for inspection:
1、Check before use: Before using the hose, please make sure there is no abnormal trauma, hardening, softening, discoloration, etc. on the appearance of the hose .
2、Regular inspection: During the use of the hose, please be sure to implement a regular inspection once a month.
Safety matters:
1、Operators should wear safety protective clothing, including gloves, rubber boots and eye protection, these equipments are mainly used to protect the safety of operators.
2、Ensure the work area is safe and orderly.
3、Check whether the joints on each tube are secure.
4、Do not leave the tubes in pressure-resistant condition when not in use. Closing the pressure can prolong the life of the tube.
