The installation of steel wire braided hose is important, if it is not installed properly, it will take time and effort to reinstall. If the installation is not in place, it will affect the service life of the hose, and in serious cases there may be safety hazards.
When replacing the hose the length, the number of steel wires, the shape and size of the joint should be reasonable and minimize the degree of bending of the hose. Do not twist the hose when tightening the joint nut. Excessive bending and twisting will reduce the service life of the hose. Protective measures should be taken for some parts that are susceptible to friction to prevent the hose from bursting due to wear and tear.
The following points need to be kept in mind during the installation process:
1、Don't let the hose twist during installation, when under pressure, the hose will be damaged or the joint will be slack.
2、When the bending radius of the hose is too small, it should be noted that a more reasonable method is to use a right angle joint to prevent sharp bending and twisting.
3、When the hose is under pressure, the length will change. If the travel of steel wire braided hose internal steel wire layer is large, the length will be shortened after pressure. On the contrary, if the stroke is short, the length of the hose will become longer. Whether the hose is bent after installation, the bending position should not add a fixing device, and the hose should be free to move. Once fixed, it is easy to form a snap, and the wear and tear at the snap increases.
4、In order to prevent the hose from being damaged and the flow is restricted, the bending radius of the hose should be increased as much as possible.
5、Space should be left between objects to install the high pressure hose to prevent friction with the object when working.
